Founded in 2009, Varitex, Inc., a technology development and holding company, began with a vision to revolutionize LED lighting technology with low cost, high performance retrofit kits to upgrade existing commercial lighting. This was accomplished by the launch and subsequent sale of a company, HiLumz Pro, which was twice awarded as one of Georgia’s Top 40 Companies. As business automation exploded onto the scene, Varitex once again forged new paths and new alliances in the world of Internet of Things (IoT). Today, Varitex and a subsidiary company, Confluence AI Corp, offer products and platforms for a variety of industries. Utilizing LoRaWAN and a robust Cloud data platform, our mission is to empower businesses with intelligent solutions that enhance efficiency and connectivity, paving the way for a more integrated world.
